Piano Safari: The Advancing Pianist – Piano Technique Book 2
Advancing Pianist Technique 2 is a 76-page technique book from Piano Safari for intermediate pianists (SKU PSAPT2). It follows Advancing Pianist Technique Book 1.
Where Book 1 stretched scales and arpeggios, Book 2 adds color. Students learn the full “chords of the key” in each of eight new keys, then the seventh chords, diminished and dominant, that are common in the music intermediate students go on to play. Ornaments (turns), octaves, legato sixths, and scalar thirds round it out.
