How should a turning shoe fit?
Snug. A turning shoe that’s loose will twist on the foot mid-turn, which defeats the purpose. Energetiks sizes dance shoes for a firm, professional-style fit with very little growing room, and recommends going up one full size if you want room to grow. Keep in mind these are not US street shoe sizes — the Pivot 360 Tech Fit runs on Energetiks’ ballet shoe sizing, so the size on the box won’t match a sneaker size.
